Services and Providers
Because of Covid 19, we have had to adapt to many changes including service offerings as well as our technician availability.
Some services are not available at this time including Venus Versa Laser Services, Body Wraps and Hair and Nail services.
Couple's Massages are now available.
Packages are currently unavailable due to social distancing standards.
We know you love some of these services. We apologize for the inconvenience and will be updating any changes to the availability of these services as soon as we know. Keep checking back to see updates as soon as we have them.
We are respecting any employee's choice to not return to the spa during the Covid Pandemic.
We understand with new restrictions pertaining to social distancing and sanitation, we may come across some unique situations regarding appointment scheduling. Firstly, if you are or have been sick, or have been exposed, please call us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. Please refer to our cancelation policies for more information.
We are currently limiting the spa to clients who are receiving services to maximize social distancing. Thank you for your cooperation.
At this time, we are currently NOT accepting cash/check for any transaction and we ask that you also do not leave cash/check for gratuity. We understand the inconvenience and apologize.
Gift cards are still available for purchase. However, per social distancing guidelines, we would prefer all gift cards be purchased on our web page to limit foot traffic into the spa. You can purchase a gift card here.
Because of the stringent sanitation requirements we have to meet after each appointment, the number of available appointments is reduced. If you are running late, please notify our receptionist on the spa line 269-203-7248.
Our technicians will do what they can to accommodate you. Your services may be shortened or you may be asked to reschedule. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We have currently suspended services for minors under the age of 16, or minors who cannot drive themselves, due to social distancing. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Face coverings are required for clients and technicians while inside the building. Please do not remove your face covering unless specified by your technician. If you have any issues regarding face coverings, please call us at 269-203-7248 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will have updated client intake forms available for all clients as well as any Covid 19 forms that apply to your service. Because Covid 19 is believed to be highly contagious, you will be required to sign a release form at every service received for the safety of our technicians.
When we confirm your appointment via telephone, we will be asking a short questionnaire in relation to Covid 19 symptoms. We are required to ask this questionnaire for every service scheduled and are required to speak to the individual the appointment is for.
